Lazy Summer

Summer. School is out, the days are hot, and it just feels good to be lazy sometimes.

But not for us! In the summer, we see a lot of beautiful blooms, a lot of beautiful weddings, and a lot of fun.

This June…

The Flower of the Month is the ever-popular Orchid. Orchids are a super-elegant bloom that are popular for weddings and other special occasions like Mother’s Day or just as a special gift.

 

Most notably this month (since Father’s Day is over) is our Happy Hour Week that we’ve got going on this week! Starting Monday and going through Friday, every day at 5 pm until 6 pm when you shop in-store you will get 10% off your purchase!

Summer R&R

Ah, Summer. Renowned for it’s ability to help us all take a chill pill. It is a welcome time that calls for a little more rest and relaxation. That’s why we love it! At WFI, we enjoyed some relaxing times, and now we’re ready to pick things back up again! Because…..Drum Roll……….

 

JULY IS OUR BIRTHDAY MONTH! 68 years ago THIS MONTH (!!!) our company was brought into this world by Ernest Watanabe, a solider returned from WWII with a dream of growing Roses. So he did. And that Rose growing business has evolved into what you see today; a friendly and professional Florist, wholesaler, and retailer that has been voted Hawaii’s Best Florist by the Honolulu Star Advertiser for 13 years running.

 

So- our Summer plans are about to get party crazy! Here’s what’s happening:

FIRST! Facebook. We love Facebook. If you’ve received an arrangement or bouquet or ANYTHING from us recently, take a pic! And post it to Facebook. And we’ll give you a prize. Easy peasy way to win. (Especially for those of you who NEVER win ANYTHING! I know how you feel…)
